Personally, I don't know a heck of alot about Sweden, but if replicated I think the results may differ considerably if a few variables were better controlled.(Why would you want to replicate a study exactly if you can better control it a second time?) Such variables I would include would be the part-time, full-time issue, Taking even intervals of wave colection, more often to contol and additional variables time influences, etc. Also, I agree with Darren, that cultures have different views on what is most important in society(the self or the society) Which could influence a change in the results if duplicated in Canada or the U.S. (which is very individualistic)
