Tice and Baumeister speculate that procrastination is related to poor self-control and self-defeating behaviour. Explore this issue in discussion and through administration of procrastination and control scales.

Students also don't always recognize symptoms of stress. Administer a stress questionnaire and a health symptoms checklist is class. examine the relationship between levels of stress and health. Discuss ways to combat stress. If possible, bring in a mental health professional or peer counselor to discuss stress.
